~About~

ICT Networks (2009) Limited is a company wholly owned by Malawians and registered as a limited liability company in Malawi. The company was initially established in 1998 under the name EtherTech Networks. It changed name in 2005 to become ICT Networks Limited. It underwent some restructuring in 2009 and re-registered as ICT Networks (2009) Limited. Shareholding of the company is 65% Lester Tandwe and 35% VWJ Settlement Trust.

ICT Networks headquarters is in Blantyre located at its own premises on Plot BC531, Off Ndola Crescent, C.I. In Lilongwe ICT Networks has offices at its premises as well located on plot number 14/142, Area 14. The company also has a satellite office in Mzuzu which serves the northern region of Malawi.
